My story is just like yours.

I’m a woman, mother, sister, aunt, daughter and now grandmother. 
My goal in life is to enjoy my time here on earth and fortunately I have. 

But that means not worrying about the change of life or the long tail of menopause afterwards. 
I have a plan to live life to the fullest, meaning working out, travelling, exploring and climbing to my highest potential. 
I want to find my purpose in life with little or no distractions from my hormones.

I promise you this is possible. 

I have ridden out the storm of my life recently, I know for certain that my commitment to Eating Clean, Exercise and Emotional Self-care kept my emotions and hormones in balance.

Dr. Rachel's Story...
Is a naturopathic doctor focused on helping patients optimize their hormones and navigate both ends of the fertility spectrum - from preconception care to menopause. 

Her love of health began at a young age due to her competitive dance background which developed into a passion for the human body and for optimizing its health and wellness.
While completing her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Western Ontario, she began to experience her own hormone health issues. She worked with an ND to recover, and then decided to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine herself.
She now holds a position at Clarity Health in Burlington, Ontario, Canada working with women transitioning into menopause, and a position at Conceive Health at Niagara Fertility in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada working primarily with couples to optimize their health before pregnancy and overcome infertility.

I’ve never worked with a Naturopath before. How does that work in this program?
The benefit of having a naturopathic doctor as part of this program is to enhance the knowledge gained from this course. Naturopathic doctors are trained in and practice functional medicine. This means they are considering the functionality of every organ system and targeting the root cause rather than acting from a symptom-based approach. This is especially important when treating hormonal conditions like menopause because the systemic impacts are so broad. Naturopathic doctors are trained to listen, examine, diagnose, and treat much like your general practitioner. They deeply examine each case with a variety of laboratory tests.
